E-Mobility in CENTROPE
Taking into consideration EU climate goals, the application of regional e-mobility concepts is regarded as one of the mayor EU topic in future. Smart electricity grids, new forms of multi-modal transport and new concepts for living and working can help regions to achieve their energy efficiency goals. For this reason several European countries are providing special funding possibilities for future actions. However, only few best practices are known from within Centrope - a need that is opening up global growth markets. Companies from the energy, industry and research sectors shall reveal what future research is required to strengthen Centrope`s position in the sector. Discussion will also focus on its application in Centrope considering the given legal and economic characteristics with the goal of leading Centrope into the Age of Electromobility.
